Grown in remote spring side locations, this is a rare tea prized for its unusual qualities. The white leaf starts out light and sweet but is followed by a complex aftertaste that suffuses the whole nose and palate. Green tea with a kick. Steep in water slightly below boiling temperature for 2-3 minutes.
