Rose Ball

Fujian Province produces the most prized scented teas. Rose Ball tea was created in the midst of the Ming Dynasty's renaissance of art, literature, fashion and decor. The early leaves are plucked from tender short branches and hand rolled into the shape of pearls. These are then aged with rose petals, which are replaced four to five times in order to achieve its fragrant aroma. Brew in spring water just below boiling temperature.
